Burberry Prorsum at London Fashion Week: The Sweet & The Stylish

Burberry Prorsum Spring 2014 offering is so stylish, it's sweet.
Taking a cue from what appears to be our favorite sugar-filled delicacy, the macaron, designer Christopher Bailey sent models down the runway wearing pieces that were "very gentle, very tender," citing that his starting point was "softness."
From soothing coatdresses in lilac and mint shades, to ladylike lace frocks and skirts, Bailey's collection was stacked with delicious feminine appeal.
Notably missing from line? Any signs of heavy metal. Instead, the design house opted for perfectly-tied bows silhouette-pleasing pleats and folds.
Our final thought? We officially have a springtime fashion craving that only the sartorial prowess of Burberry can fix.
