Opening Ceremony Goes Supermodel Chic
Taking their game to the next level, Dana Veraldi and Kevin Tekinel have teamed up with Opening Ceremony for a trilogy of terrific t-shirts.
The new partnership will yield tops that feature Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, and Cindy Crawford, as an homage to supermodels of the 1990s.
Veraldi told ELLE.com, “The Cindy shirt was a bit different for us in that it’s a little more graphic. And the comb was an obvious choice for Naomi.”
“We were thinking of other fashion icons to do and thought it would be funny to do a cat. It will be our first time to print on a black shirt,” she added regarding an upcoming tee with Kar Lagerfeld’s feline friend Choupette.
