Helmut Lang Focuses on Resort 2013
Staying relatively safe this time around, Helmut Lang has introduced the new lineup for the Resort 2013 season.
According to the designers, Kate McGwire’s feathered sculptures served as an inspiration for the movement and texture of the new offerings.
And Nicole and Michael Colovos took the vibe and ran with it, coming up with complex prints and silhouettes that are as bold as they are interesting.
Hems are asymmetric, jackets are boxy, patterns are varied, and Helmut Lang’s Resort 2013 collection is definitely unique, albeit not as accessible as its peers.
