Mulberry: Not Walking the LFW Runway Next Season

Mulberry is shaking up London Fashion Week in a major way. Emma Hill, the brand's creative director for the past six years, has announced plans to bid the label farewell in June, leaving Mulberry on the hunt for a new designer.
However not all is lost, Mulberry will still participate in the LFW schedule in some way, with the "details of this will be released in the near future."
While we put our anticipation on the side for the autumn/winter 2014 season there are “potential replacements,” including Erdem Moralioglu, Roland Mouret, Mary Katrantzou, and handbag designer Sophie Hulme.
From handbags to puppies, Mulberry’s runway show, one of LFW’s most highly-anticipated — not to mention fun and "It" girl-attended — will certainly be missed. But we’re positive the label will continue to sell plenty of its popular Alexa satchels in the meantime.
