Crunch Time: How the VS Angels are Prepping for 2013's Runway Show

If we had to walk down a runway nearly naked in front of millions of eager onlookers, we’d be sweating in our seats right now — and definitely hitting the gym. So how do the Victoria’s Secret Angels rev up their workout routines for the world’s most famous fashion show?
Our sister site, Gossip Center, caught up Lily Aldridge and Lindsay Ellingson in New York City at the launch of “The World’s Best Sports Bras” to find out. With just over a month until 2013’s VS Fashion Show’s December 10 airdate, it’s crunch time!
On getting their bodies into shape:
Lily Aldridge: “Lots of booty exercises! That’s my main focus. Lots of crunches, lunges, I just eat really healthy, workout as much as I can and just have fun. It’s such a fun event — it’s something we look forward to every year.”
Linday Ellingson: “I’ve stepped up my workout — I’ve been working out three times a week. And also lots of green juices to make my skin glow because that’s important and it also makes you feel very energized — all those vitamins and minerals, they’re exactly what your body needs.”
On their favorite workout attire:
Lily Aldridge: “I like wearing cute, sexy things while working out — it makes you feel better, it makes you feel a little more confident, especially if you’re at a gym where there’s other people, you want to look your best.”
Lindsay Ellingson: “I like to look fashionable, stylish and a little bit sexy when I’m working out.”
On their pet peeves at the gym:
Lily Aldridge: “I hate when people leave their dirty towels on the floor, it grosses me out so much! I feel like I need to pick it up because I was raised not to leave stuff lying around. It drives me crazy.”
Lindsay Ellingson: “Loud noises. I was recently at the gym and these men were lifting weights and being really loud, grunting and dropping the weights — it scares you!"
