Knockout Nails: Try This DIY Gringham Manicure

1) Choose your gingham colours: neon polishes work best because of their almost-translucent formula.
2) Forget about trying to paint straight lines directly on your nails—this will only end in tears! Instead, use a thin striping brush and the DIY nail transfer method to paint your gingham stripes on a clear base. I suggest painting a few more transfers than you have fingers: some may warp when you peel them off.
(which needs about 10 minutes to dry before you can peel and stick it).
4) Use cuticle scissors and a brush dipped in acetone to clear up any messy edges.
5) Finish with a clear top coat!
