What lip-syncing rumors? Beyoncé is drawing attention away from her Inauguration Day debacle by launching a brand new perfume called Pulse NYC.
The “Run The World (Girls)” songstress’ latest scent marks the fifth fragrance to her credit.
Of the elixir’s vibe, Bey explained, "Now that I am a New Yorker and I've learned about how I can accomplish anything in this city, I felt it was an appropriate energy for the new fragrance
Additionally, Knowles is gearing up for her massive halftime show at the Super Bowl this Sunday (February 3rd).
