All Eyes Are On L'Wren Scott's New Eyeglass Range
Giving consumers a new range of upscale eyewear options, L’Wren Scott just introduced a new spectacle collection.
The 21-style lineup includes unique lace patterns, tweed textures, embossed velvet, and metallic finishes designed to help wearers distinguish themselves.
Scott told WWD, “I’ve always been obsessed with a head-to-toe look. I took into consideration that spring will arrive [in stores] at the same time as glasses [in mid-January and early February].”
She also noted that using ribbons as an inspiration was the natural choice. “I tie them around my neck [and] my hair. It’s an accessory thing that I’ve always loved and use in my collection on waistbands, pipings and trims. I asked myself, what do I trim my sunglasses with? I thought, it has to be grosgrain.”
Pricing for the new L’Wren Scott eyewear stars at $249 and goes up to $399.
