She’s been one of his biggest supporters in both of his Presidential campaigns, and Anna Wintour may have snagged herself an appointment from President Barack Obama.

According to a report, the Vogue editor-in-chief could be offered the position of Ambassador to the UK, though she’s made it clear in the past that she has no political aspirations.

Bloomberg stated, “President Barack Obama is considering nominating Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of Vogue, as his next ambassador to either the U.K. or France as he looks to reward his biggest fundraisers with embassies never out of fashion, according to two people familiar with the matter.”

However, a Vogue spokesperson politely indicated that Wintour won’t likely take the gig—“She’s very happy with her current job.”
